SharedCalm is a communication tool, not a medical or mental health service. The app and its contents (including mood analytics) are for informational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical diagnosis. If you or your partner are experiencing a crisis, please contact professional emergency services immediately.
3. User Conduct and Content
You are solely responsible for the content you share via SharedCalm. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, harassment, or to transmit malicious code. While SharedCalm is designed for private communication, you use the service at your own discretion and risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHAREDCALM AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
